coverslips 1mg/ml (secondary coating) 24 hours at 4°C.
Rinse
coverslips in buffer 2 times x 10 minutes. Dry
coverslips in hood for 12 hours.
Seal
coated coverslips into bags, 15
units/bag.
Sterilize
coverslips by
radiation.
Test
samples of coated coverslips in cell culture.
