For
high speed electrophoresis:
-
Microwave
95ml agarose gel solution, mix in 2ul ethidium bromide, pour it into gel tray, place combs, and let
gel solidify.
-
Remove
combs, add 300ml deionized water on gel top and little running
buffer at each end.
-
Load samples into wells.
-
Run gel
at 220V for 6-12 minutes depending on your sample & application
-
Take gel
picture.
