Wash
coverslips 2 hours on shaker.
Rinse
coverslips 6 times x 30 minutes each on shaker.
Treat
coverslips in 100% Ethanol x 2 hour at room temperature.
Treat
coverslips in 70% concentrated Nitric Acid x 24 hours at room
temperature.
Rinse
coverslips in dd-water 6 times x 1 hour each on
shaker.
Primary
coating, 1mg/ml, 12 hours at room temperature. Rinse
coverslips x 2 times to remove unbound poly lysine
Dry
coverslips 12 hours in laminar hood.
Secondary
coating, 1mg/ml, 12 hours at room temperature.
Rinse
coverslips x 2 times to remove unbound poly lysine
Dry
coverslips 12 hours in laminar hood.
Seal
coated coverslips into bags, 15 units/bag.
Sterilization
by radiation.
