Rapid mouse Genotyping kit and Agarose

Rapid Genotyping saves time for cell culture.

 

Steps of Rapid mouse DNA extraction:

​

1. Add 60ul mouse genotyping kit reagent A to mouse tissue.

​

2. Heat the mouse tissue for 94 degree for 1 hour.

​

3. Add 60 ul mouse genotyping kit reagent B to mouse tissue after heating, then use the mouse DNA for genotyping PCR.
