Warranty & Return for Neuvitro Coverslips

Return Policy

NeuVitro items can be returned if they failed to work as described. You will obtain 100% refund of the item price for returns made in 30 days of purchase. For custom manufactured items, you will obtain only 50% refund of the returned item.  Temperature-sensitive items are not returnable if it is a customer error in ordering.

 

Warranty Policy

For durable items, Neuvitro provides one full year of warranty against defective materials  and workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase.  Any defective durable item will be repaired or replaced by neuVitro without charge to customers.  

The warranty is voided for any item that has been abused or mistreated (not used or stored according to instructions provided with the item), has been altered physically, damaged accidentally, or accelerated material aging from abuse or mistreatments. 

 

Liability Policy

All neuVitro products must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with normal or specified safety precautions. Neuvitro shall not be held liable for loss, damage, expenses, consequential and accidental damage of persons or properties resulting from use of its products. 

neuVitro expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.

International shipping Policy

For most countries, a flat fee of $85 is added to your order for one shipment for any quantity. Neuvitro reserves the right to change the shipping carrier from Fedex to others in case Fedex can not provide guaranteed delivery to your country or the Fedex shipping charge is abnormally higher than other countries.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.


5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
